Delivery

Delivery dates

Orders normally take approximately 3-5 working days once an order has been placed to arrive at your delivery address.

As we items are limited in number, delivery times can therefore become affected by the time it takes for our suppliers , many of them international, to send products to our warehouse in the UK.

 

You will always be notified of an estimated delivery time at Checkout and so will be made aware if it may be longer than 5 working days before you purchase. We will also keep you updated by email if there are any delays to the delivery date.

Next Day Delivery

Although we do not offer next day delivery as standard, if you require a quicker delivery time, please contact Customer Services on +44 (0) 116 261 1888 who will be happy to assist.

International deliveries

Currently we only deliver to the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. However, customers worldwide are still welcome to place orders for delivery to addresses within these countries.

Courier information

Vetas UK Ltd uses a third party delivery service, whom handle the transport of all items between our warehouse and your delivery address.

Returns and Exchanges

Customers who order unsuitable items from Vetas-Jewellery.co.uk are entitled to return their goods in their original condition with the security tag intact within 14 working days of delivery and a refund of your returned item(s) would be offered upon receipt. Please note that whilst your returned order is in transit it is still your responsibility and we therefore advise that you send items by recorded or registered delivery to insure the value of your goods.

The following types of product cannot be returned or exchanged, although these conditions do not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are not affected:

  • Goods tailored and produced solely for your specification
  • Jewellery to fit piercings (security seal or packaging has been broken)
  • Hair Pieces
  • Any items placed in security sealed bags cannot be returned or exchanged if the security seal has been broken or packaging opened.

Refunds will always be made by the same method you used to originally purchase your order within thirty days of receiving your returned items at our warehouse.

Delivery charges will not be refunded.
